Booth Pix Terms & Conditions

Hire session is the period when BoothPix are onsite.
1/ All bookings must be accompanied by 50% deposit.
2/ Full payment must be made no later than two weeks prior to the event.
3/ Should the booking be cancelled with more than 30 days of the event a refund will be issued less an administration fee of £75. Any cancellation with less than 30 days notice will forfeit the deposit.
4/ If BoothPix are unable to fulfil a booking for any reason beyond their control a full refund less any immediate costs will be made.
5/ The booth requires an area approximately 1.5m x 4m, (inc space for additional table), in which to operate the booth, no further than 2m from a domestic 13amp power socket.
6/ It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the premises can and will accommodate the booth.
7/ Whilst we encourage all ages to enjoy and use the booth, we must remind hirers that Booth Pix is not neither qualified or registered as a child minding service and all children should be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.
8/ Our staff have the right to work in a safe environment, if it any time our staff feel harassed or intimidated by aggressive behaviour we reserve the right to withdraw from the event. No refund will be issued.
9/ All images remain the copyright of Sharp Images UK & it's subsidiary BoothPix. BoothPix reserves the right to use any and all images taken on an event for marketing and other promotional activities involving both digital, web & printed material. At no time during this will BoothPix disclose identities of individuals therein.
10/ Damages, occurring to our equipment or the booth, as a result of negligence or negligent behaviour, during a hire session by the hirer, their guests or other persons present at the venue will be reimbursed in full.
